We want to do more for the environment, lower our carbon footprint, perhaps use less plastic, but how do we feel less overwhelmed, how do we get started, and more importantly, how do we keep going?
In this workshop, which builds on recognised behaviour change principles, we’ll cover how to set ourselves up to succeed, how to design goals that we can meet, and why there’s no such thing as lacking willpower (it’s true!)
Participants will leave with a clear goal to work towards and a clearer plan of how to get there!
