Does your garden produce a bumper crop? Would you like to take advantage of cheap seasonal produce?
Then come and talk about preserving.
This session will cover tomato and fruit preserving using the water bath method, cheese making, drying produce using the sun, plus pickles, cordial and jam making.

The $5 registration fee enrols you in this course. After we have finished you will be asked to pay in keeping with your circumstances from $20 - $50.
