Plastic Free July Beach Clean-up & Morning Tea

Join Keep Australia Beautiful Council, Town of Cottesloe, Western Metropolitan Regional Council, and North Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club to help us clean up the beach this Plastic Free July πππ. Plastic Free July is a global effort where communities are choosing to refuse single-use plastics to create a world without plastic waste π€πβ.

Weβre calling on the community to help us remove plastic, rubbish, and waste from our beach and sort and register what we find with the Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI) database ππ».
Plastic Free July founder Rebecca Prince-Ruiz will officially open the event, and the beach clean-up will follow with a plastic-free morning tea and conversations about solutions π©π°π±.

9:30am - Official opening of Plastic Free July Beach Clean-up & Morning Tea event by PFJ founder Rebecca Prince-Ruiz
9:45 to 10:30 - Beach Clean-up
10:30 to 11am - Plastic Free July Morning Tea with delicious muffins from Daisies, fresh fruit platter and tasty plunger coffee from Community Coffee Co. Gluten free and vegan catering also provided. Please bring your own water bottle and keep cup.
