Join Shani from Ecoburbia and look at some of the ways we can keep ourselves healthy - both physically and emotionally and make our planet more sustainable at the same time.
The sessions will largely be led by participants' interests, but could include:
- living a simpler and more connected life,
- why we buy the stuff we do,
- exploring the key ways to be happier
- having a sustainable diet
- ways to make positive changes in our lives.
If we are healthy and happy we are in a better position to make positive changes in the world - come and meet others and discover how!
