July 22, 2021 –
THIS FREE WORKSHOP IS AVAILABLE BOTH IN-PERSON AND ONLINE.
In collaboration with the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD), Wheatbelt NRM are hosting an informative workshop on the State Government's $15 million Carbon Farming and Land Restoration Program.
The Program aims to realise landholder's potential to sequester carbon and contribute to the growth of the Western Australian carbon market. On-ground projects have the capacity to deliver environmental, social and economic benefits while contributing to the long-term sustainability of the farming industry.
This workshop is being offered to interested parties in the Wheatbelt and surrounding areas. It is a great opportunity to learn more about the Program, ask questions from DPIRD representatives and find out how Wheatbelt NRM can support your on-ground project.
