Introduction to Permaculture
WA Museum Boola BardipPerth Cultural Centre25 Francis StPerth,In partnership with the WA Museum Boola Bardip, Gaia Permaculture is delighted to offer this CBD based workshop at a reduced cost for participants.
Permaculture was created over 50 years ago in Tasmania and has reached all corners of the globe. Permaculture is an Australian accredited qualification offered in high schools and TAFE, from Certificate I through to Diploma.
Come join me, Fiona Blackham, on discovering what Permaculture is all about, what it is not, and how the underpinning ethics and principles guide the system of designing your property (large and small) to be more productive, energy efficient, produce much less waste, increase soil fertility, adopt organic approaches, reduce water use and be integrated, regenerative and sustainable both for your garden, yourself and your community.
This course will give you an insight to how a permaculture designed property differs from other approaches through maximising and working with natural energies coming into and out of your property.
Interactive and hands on with a blend of theory and practical including group and individual work, we hope this workshop offers something to everyone and show you just how broad the diverse skills of Permaculture design thinking can reach.
