Cockatoo Kids Club
The Wetlands Centre184 Hope RdBibra Lake,Western Australia is home to three species of black cockatoos, the Carnaby’s, Baudin’s and Forest Redtailed Black Cockatoo. Not long ago, these magnificent birds filled the skies. Sadly, mainly due to habitat loss, they are now under threat of extinction and desperately need our help.
These school holidays join Rex the Carnaby's Black Cockatoo and the team from Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Conservation Centre to learn all about our endangered friends. Discover where they live, what they do all day, why they are so important to our natural environment and how you can help protect them.
This event is open to members and non-members.
Free for Cockatoo Kids Club members, $15 for non-members
