Take the Streets for Climate Action
Riff45 St George's TcePerth,Right now, we have a small window of time left to take action on the climate and ecological emergency.
Doing nothing risks everything.
On March 22:10 am to midday is VIBE TIME in the Stirling Gardens – where you can connect, create, learn or just chill.
There’ll be different areas set up with something to suit everyone: talks on First Nations justice and climate science, music and arts, mini action trainings, intro to XR workshops, an area for families and more.
Then, from midday, we get into action.
We’ll hold a DIE-IN on St George’s Terrace, where Rebels will lie in the road, disrupting business as usual with a reminder of the mass extinction that awaits us if we don’t act now. In true XR fashion, there'll be music, arts, and a chance for you to bring your creativity to the action. Dress up, bring a musical instrument, paint your message on a placard and make it fun!
